Meet at 6:00pm at 940 Pottery Road, Vernon for a potluck supper and to assign and orient volunteers for the AGM & Jamboree.
- 6:00 - 6:45pm - Potluck supper
- 6:45 - 7:30pm - Volunteer assignment sheets will be posted so people can sign up for the remaining volunteer tasks
- 7:30 - 8:00pm - Volunteer orientation
