Special Meeting

Tuesday, October 6, 2009 - 7:00 pm

Our 2nd annual poker ride is just around the corner and we have lots of small items to attend to. The Board of Directors have called a Club meeting for Tuesday October 6th at 7:00pm at 940 Pottery Road (Google Map). (Dennis Teale’s)

Your attendence is important. We would like your decision on the following:

President/Vice President spending limits
Board Monthly spending limits (we need the club’s approval so that we can authorize prize, food inventory, camping facility expenses)
Volunteer positions for the poker ride
Please advise us if you have a current 1st aid certificate

At yesterday’s board meeting, a decsion was made on making all Vernon ATV club member’s emails public to the membership. If you do not want your email to be shared with the club, please advise me by email. You could also create a hotmail or gmail account for this purpose so that it does not interfere with your business emails. If I do not get a reply to opt out of the email list by next week, your email will be shared amongst the Vernon ATV club membership. This will greatly assist in distributing information, newsletters, ride requests and club rides.
