Bear Creek Open House

The Okanagan Trail Riders Association (OTRA) is hosting a Grand Opening of the Bald Range Creek Bridge and Trail as well as an open house with all kinds of information about responsible riding, sustainable trails and ATV and motorbike videos. There will be a media tour of the trails, OTRA has asked that all motorized trail users come show support for Bear Creek OHV Trail System so the media can report on the number of people that use the trails.

Meet at DND Grounds parking lot at 8:50am, leaving for Kelowna at 9:00am - Google Map from DND Parking Lot to Bear Lake Main

There are trails for all types of rider abilities so everyone is welcome to join us for a tour of a truly amazing trail area. Bring a lunch and your camera.

Bear Creek Open House

5 members of the Vernon ATV club attended the Bear Creek Open House and the official opening of the Bald Creek bridge. After all the ceremonies we took a spin on the new sustainable trails, which were a blast. The OTRA club has done a great job building safe, interesting trails which mitigate the environmental issues some of the old trails had.
